At ChatMood (operated by DCODER, Brazil), we offer a straightforward refund policy for all paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

1. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. This applies to all subscription plans, including monthly and annual billing cycles.

No questions asked — simply contact us within the 14-day window and we will process your refund.

2. After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are no longer available. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the period ends
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
